Hello families!
These last few weeks we have been celebrating ENGLISH WEEK. This year, we’ve learned a lot about the City of Manchester, and you know what? Now we really want to travel to England.
We have reviewed the most important monuments of the city, such as the town hall and the cathedral, the typical food, the weather and, of course, the national sport, football.
Oh, and we have learned that the symbol of the city is the bee, because during the industrial revolution the city of Manchester was full of factories and its workers looked like bees entering and leaving their hives to work. This symbol is all over the city!
Thank you very much as always for your help, we have learned a lot with all the things you have brought.

Aquestes últimes setmanes hem estat celebrant la ENGLISH WEEK! Aquest any, hem après molt sobre la ciutat de Manchester, i sabeu què? Ara tenim moltes ganes de viatjar a Anglaterra.
Hem repassat els monuments més importants de la ciutat, com l’ajuntament i la catedral, hem après sobre el menjar típic, el clima i, per descomptat, l’esport nacional, el futbol.
Ah, i hem après que el símbol de la ciutat és l’abella, perquè durant la revolució industrial la ciutat de Manchester estava plena de fàbriques i els seus treballadors semblaven abelles entrant i sortint dels seus ruscs per anar a treballar. Aquest símbol està per tota la ciutat!
